When booking online please keep in mind that we only offer 15 minute appointment slots for online booking. If you feel your appointment may be more complex and need more time, please call or visit the office to book your appointment.
Online Booking requires a valid email address associated with your profile in the EMR, please call or visit the office to provide your email address if you would like to use online booking. Your Health Card number will be used to authenticate your booking.
Online booking is only available for registered patients at this clinic. New patients cannot book appointments online.
